Challenge: Mighty Buildings needed a smarter way to help clients track and manage the construction of their prefabricated homes. The home-building journey—full of permits, site assessments, documents, and decisions—was previously scattered across emails, spreadsheets, and phone calls. Customers lacked visibility and control, often feeling lost in the process.

Solution: As the Lead Designer, I crafted a responsive, all-in-one web portal—from initial concept through implementation—that transformed how clients interact with their home-building projects. The platform included:

  • A step-by-step order status tracker, visualising the full build timeline
  • Real-time project updates, downloadable documents, and image galleries
  • Secure payment modules, AR previews, and upgrade configuration tools
  • A clean, modern interface designed for clarity, trust, and mobile usability

I focused on simplifying complexity. Each interaction was designed to feel personal, transparent, and empowering—so users could confidently follow every step of their build.

Result: The portal increased client engagement, reduced support inquiries, and earned praise for its ease of use and clarity. Internally, it aligned departments through better data flow and structure. Mighty Buildings went from reactive communication to a proactive, customer-first digital experience.

Now, building a home feels as seamless as following a guided story—one that updates in real time, and always keeps you in the loop.

“Transparency isn’t just a feature—it’s a promise. Great design makes even the most complex journeys feel intuitive and human.”

I love working on projects like this because they let me bridge the gap between life-changing decisions and digital clarity. Working with Mighty Buildings reminded me how design can bring confidence to overwhelming processes. Empowering people to track the progress of their future home—it’s not just UX, it’s deeply personal.
